ATTENTION ALL OUTLAWS
We are in for great event conditions this Sunday, 28 March at
Barwon Heads.
COAST WATCH SAYS:
Sunday: Start N swinging to SW swells crossing over with an E
wind swell. Peaky 1-3ft surf.
High tide around 10am, water temp 19.5 degrees; air temp 25-30
degrees.
This Race will start from the Raffs carpark entrance, which is
on the Ocean Grove side of the Barwon Heads Bridge. (Bridge works
on at the moment, so we have moved event start.)
This will be the last race of the 09/10 season with Outlaw
Champions crowned. it's still very even in the open men's acean ski
and outriggers points race, so bring your A game. If this is your
first Outlaw race, don't worry, because it will be a great course
and day. Come and enjoy!
Special thanks to all the event sponsors this season and we
look forward to announcing next years format soon.
Check out the new Outlaw store, online by the end of this week
at www.outlawpaddling.com
Outlaw is selling all the major ski brands and products, so
come for a demo paddle and choose a craft that's right for
you.
Look out four the Quicksilver and Geelong Outrigger OC4
(four-man) surfing canoes. With a couple of foot of swell running,
I am sure you can have a go.
Outlaw is for the paddlers, run by paddlers and takes paddlers
into the ocean, where these craft have been design to
perform.
All events are run with full water safety under Torquay
Emergencies Rescue and are completely insured.
