Good news! The blue-green algae threat that forced us to
postpone the Go Natural Battle of Barwon heads race in February has
now abated. This means we are able to reschedule the race for
Saturday 19th May at 1pm. This race will have something for
everyone, with a 4km river circuit for the SUP and novice ski
paddlers, a 7km river/surf circuit for intermediate ski and OC
paddlers, and a two-lap 14km circuit for the pros.
As usual, there will be expert water safety provided by the boys at
Torquay Surf Rescue. And there will be some great prizes on offer
from Canoe Innovations, Epic Kayaks and the grand prize draw of a
Kahuna Creations Longboard skateboard and 'Big Stick' (pictured).
This prize will be drawn at the presentations, so remember to stick
around. We'll all be enoying a cold beer (or warming red)
afterwards at the Barwon Heads Hotel.

voucher!
